What to include

If you are writing about a specific giveaway or entry, include these and we can resolve it in one reply instead of five:

• Your Roblox username, exactly as you set it on your profile
• The giveaway title, or a link to its page
• The email address you signed in with

Common reasons people write

• You won and the Robux has not arrived. Payouts are sent manually and can take a couple of days. If it has been longer, email us.
• Your Roblox username is wrong. You can change it yourself on your profile page at any time before a draw.
• You want your account deleted. Email us from the address you signed up with and we will remove your account and entries. See the privacy policy.
• You think someone is cheating. Tell us what you saw. Multiple accounts entering the same giveaway are disqualified.

A warning about impersonators

We will never message you first asking for your Roblox password, a payment, a gift card, or remote access to your device. Nobody legitimate ever needs your Roblox password — not us, not Roblox support. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of that, it is a scam.
