Privacy policy
Last updated 16 August 2026
This policy explains exactly what we store, why we store it, and how to get it deleted. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.
What we collect
- From Google, when you sign in: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use Google sign-in so that we never handle a password of yours.
- From you: your Roblox username. We check it against Roblox’s public API and store the username along with the numeric Roblox account ID it resolves to, so we know where to send a prize.
- As you use the site: which giveaways you entered and when. Your session record also holds an IP address and browser user-agent, which is what keeps you signed in.
What we never collect
We never ask for and never store your Roblox password, payment details, home address, or phone number. We do not need them, and you should not give them to anyone who claims to be us.
Why we use it
- To keep you signed in and to show you which giveaways you entered.
- To enforce one entry per person per giveaway.
- To email you if you win, and to pay the prize to the right Roblox account.
- To publish the winner’s Roblox username and avatar on the giveaway page and leaderboard. This is public by design — if you would rather not appear publicly, do not enter.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we never pass what you give us — your email, your Roblox username, your entries — to an advertiser. It is handled by a small number of service providers who process it strictly on our behalf:
- Google — sign-in only.
- Supabase — the database where the above is stored.
- Vercel — hosting and request logs.
- Resend — sending the winner notification email.
- Roblox’s public API — we send it the username you enter in order to validate it and fetch your avatar image.
- Google AdSense — serves the ads on this site. See below.
Advertising
This site is paid for by ads, served by Google AdSense. To run them, Google receives the ordinary technical information any website visit involves: your IP address, browser and device type, and which page you are on. It may set or read cookies to do this.
Because this site has a young audience, we have tagged it as child-directed with Google, which means ads here are non-personalised. They are chosen from the content of the page rather than from a profile of you or your browsing history across other sites. We do not give Google your email address, your Roblox username, or your entry history, and none of it is used to target ads.
You can review and adjust what Google collects at My Ad Center, and read how Google handles data at Google’s partner sites policy.
Ads on this site are always labelled and always separate from the giveaways. We will never ask you to click an ad, watch an ad, or complete an offer to enter or to receive a prize — if a site asks you to do that, it is not us and it is not legitimate.
How long we keep it
Your account and entry history are kept while your account exists. Records of a completed giveaway — including the winner’s snapshotted Roblox username — are kept indefinitely as a public record that the prize was awarded and paid.
Your choices
- You can change your Roblox username on your profile at any time.
- You can ask us to delete your account and entries by emailing us from the address you signed up with. See contact us.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data. Email us and we will honour them.
Children
Roblox has a large under-13 audience, and this site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not sign in. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies
We set one cookie ourselves: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. Google AdSense may additionally set cookies in order to serve and measure ads, as described above. We run no analytics trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
